I was recently on a work related trip in Mexico. After a very long and tiring day, my mother & I had to attend a wedding dinner/seminar. At this point, all I wanted to do was relax. Enjoying the beautiful hotel instead of attending this dinner was the only thought going through my mind, but because it was mandatory I had to make the best of it. I was totally amazed & appreciated the beautifully executed event at the hotel that night. Aside from great eats, it was a beneficial evening for my mom & I. And the cherry on top of everything was a concluding surprise fireworks display! Having my feet in the sand, being surrounded by palm trees, and watching the fireworks reflect in the beauty of the ocean, I couldn’t help but SMILE and think life is good!!
