Dad's Wedding Bowtie!

My dad wore this crushed blue velvet bowtie on his wedding day over 41 years ago!! And now I'm wearing it at the iconic Plaza Hotel in NYC while I film my smile interviews at a Matthew Broderick hosted gala honoring Nathan Lane! Dad must be smiling ear-to-ear in heaven knowing that his tie now has a second life! Mom even said that this is the first time it’s being worn since their wedding day!! 👰💛🤵
