The Christmas Shoes

Recently, I have been knee deep while looking through mom & dad’s attic full of boxes. This morning, I began opening some & was quite surprised to “hit” the Christmas decorations. And along with ornaments, I also found some past holiday photographs like this one! After a few hours, I decided to go downstairs and eat lunch. I turned on the tv and what was just coming on? THE CHRISTMAS SHOES! Needless to say the next 2 hours were an extended break for me and I completely exhausted all of the house’s tissues. It’s still so unbelievably weird to live each day without mom & dad physically here and am so incredibly grateful to have picture memories like this one to make me smile. 💛💜
